This notice explains the information used by the demonstration and the choices you have. Optional event-view statistics start only after you allow them.
01Accounts, saved events and venue data
Supabase handles authentication and stores your account identifier, email address, account preferences and saved events. Login credentials are handled by its authentication service. Venue accounts also store venue details, event listings, uploaded images and promotion records. We use this information to provide the features you request. Venue pages and published events are public; saved-event lists and account emails are not published.
02Location and event discovery
Your browser asks before sharing your location. Coordinates are used in the page to order nearby venues and events, and are not saved in the event-statistics database. You can decline permission and still browse. Map and image providers receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads their resources.
03Necessary cookies
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language where needed. cs-cookie-choice remembers your cookie preference for 180 days. These support the features you request; refusing event statistics does not disable login, language selection or saved events.
04Optional event statistics
Only “Allow statistics” enables event-view counting. For anonymous visitors, cs-event-visitor lasts up to 30 days and helps avoid counting repeated visits to the same event on one day. Signed-in views use an event-specific daily hash of the account identifier. Venue dashboards receive totals, not visitor identities, IP addresses or location histories. Daily deduplication records older than the previous day are removed when new views are recorded; aggregate counts remain with the event. Saved-event totals come from the bookmarks users choose to make and are separate from optional view tracking.
05Optional website analytics
With “Allow statistics”, Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and visits to help us improve the site. It does not use analytics cookies. Vercel derives a temporary visitor hash from request information and discards the visitor session after 24 hours. We remove query parameters and URL fragments from reported page URLs and do not send account identifiers or saved-event lists to this analytics service. Choosing “Necessary only” stops new analytics events.
06Changing your cookie choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or below to change your choice at any time. Choosing “Necessary only” stops new view tracking and removes the anonymous visitor cookie from this browser. It does not undo previously aggregated counts. Browser settings can also clear cookies; clearing the preference cookie will show the choices again.
07Service providers
Vercel hosts the site; Supabase provides authentication, storage and the database. OpenStreetMap and OpenFreeMap provide maps. Stripe handles venue promotion test checkout, and Resend is used for email reminders when enabled. Event-search and chat messages may be sent to Google Gemini to interpret your request; avoid entering sensitive information. The application does not keep a chat-history database. Providers may process connection, operational and request data under their own policies, including outside North Macedonia.
08Retention and your choices
Account and saved-event data remain until removed; this demonstration has no automatic account-retention deadline. Contact the project author to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. You can remove saved events and change reminder preferences in the app. Authentication, hosting and email providers may retain security and operational logs under their policies. You may also raise privacy concerns with North Macedonia’s Agency for Personal Data Protection (azlp.mk).
